Generally speaking, the ideal signal strength should be between -50 dBm and -60 dBm to ensure stable connections and efficient communication. If the signal is below -70 dBm, the signal quality will noticeably decrease, potentially affecting the device's connection and speed. Below -85 dBm usually indicates a very weak signal, which may not be able to maintain the connection.

UThe device can only upload and save data when it is connected to the server. A short-term Wi-Fi disconnection will not result in data loss; the data will be stored on the device and will be automatically uploaded to the cloud once the Wi-Fi connection is restored. If you are unable to view the data, please first check if the network connection is stable.

The MARSTEK SATURN-C B2500 comes with a 10-year warranty. If the product encounters any quality issues within the warranty period, you can contact the Marstek Energy after-sales service team for repair or replacement. It is recommended to keep the purchase receipt for reference when necessary.

In low-temperature environments, the activity of lithium batteries decreases, and the battery drains faster. To ensure optimal performance in winter, it is recommended to take the following measures: 1. Set the DOD (Depth of Discharge) to 50%. In extremely low temperatures (e.g., snowy days), it is recommended to set the DOD to 30% to ensure adequate energy reserves. 2. If the battery hasn't been charged for over a week, it is recommended to stop discharging until the charge level is restored to over 90%, then re-enable it. 3. For users with additional batteries, it is recommended to fully charge the batteries, turn them off, and store them offline. 4. Avoid high-power discharges to prevent the battery from staying in a low-charge state for extended periods. 5. Regularly check the photovoltaic panels, especially after heavy snowfall, to ensure the panels are not covered by snow and are providing normal power.

To update the firmware version of the B2500, follow these steps: 1. Open the app, go to "Settings," and select "Devices." 2. Click to check for the latest firmware version, and follow the prompts to complete the update. If you haven’t received the update notification, please contact our after-sales service team through the "User Feedback" section in the app, and we will push the latest version to you as soon as possible.

The device has two working modes: 1. Auto Mode: The device works in collaboration with the smart meters within the same home network, adjusting the grid power output in real time based on household electricity data to compensate for household load losses, ensuring the electricity demand is met. 2. Manual Mode: The device will provide a fixed grid power output during the user-set time period. If no time period is set, the device will not output grid power. Regardless of the mode, once the battery is fully charged, the device will automatically transfer the excess photovoltaic power to the grid.

The device's rated voltage is 59V, and the rated current is 13.5A. The B2500 offers two input specifications: 1000W and 1600W. Please carefully read the user manual and select the appropriate solar panels for installation. Be sure to ensure that the voltage and current do not exceed the rated values. Although the device has over-voltage and over-current protection, exceeding the rated limits may lead to damage or safety hazards. If you need to connect more than two solar panels, you can consider using a "Y" cable for connection.

When choosing the configuration for solar panels, consider the device's rated voltage (59V) and rated current (13.5A). 1. Series Configuration: Connect the positive and negative terminals of multiple solar panels together. The voltage will add up, but the current remains the same. Ensure the total voltage does not exceed the device's rated voltage. 2. Parallel Configuration: Connect the positive terminals and the negative terminals of multiple solar panels together. The current will add up, but the voltage remains the same. Ensure the total current does not exceed the device's rated current (13.5A).

SMART METER CT002

MARSTEK CT002 is an efficient energy meter designed for smart homes and commercial environments. It accurately measures power consumption and enables remote monitoring, making it easy for users to track and manage energy usage.

The MARSTEK CT002 has a maximum current of 100A per phase, suitable for most residential and commercial applications.

Yes, the MARSTEK CT002 supports Wi-Fi connectivity and can be synchronized with the MARSTEK App for remote monitoring and control.

The MARSTEK CT002 can instantly measure and display power consumption data. This data can be viewed through the MARSTEK App, helping users monitor and optimize energy usage.

The MARSTEK CT002 can monitor the three-phase current in your home in real time and manage the energy storage system to supplement power to each phase, thereby balancing the three-phase load. However, if the load on one phase is too high, even with additional power from the energy storage system, it may not be enough to meet the overload demand. We recommend evaluating the load on each phase and properly distributing household appliances to avoid overloading. To resolve the issue, in addition to optimizing load distribution, you may also consider increasing energy storage capacity or adopting more advanced power management strategies to ensure balanced three-phase loads in your home.

Yes, the MARSTEK CT002 supports a wide voltage range from 100V to 260V, making it suitable for the needs of different regions.

The MARSTEK CT002 can be installed on a DIN rail and needs to be connected to the power circuit. Then, follow the installation guide to connect the device to the Wi-Fi network for remote monitoring. To ensure the installation is safe and compliant, it is recommended to have the installation performed by a qualified electrician.

The MARSTEK CT002 is highly durable, designed to meet the IP20 standard, making it suitable for indoor use in dry environments. The operating temperature range is from -20°C to 40°C, and it is equipped with overload protection.

Although the MARSTEK CT002 itself does not provide electricity price information, it can integrate with other smart devices, such as the MARSTEK VENUS, allowing you to adjust consumption based on real-time electricity prices.

Firmware updates can be performed through the MARSTEK App. When a new version of the firmware is available, the app will automatically notify you and offer the update option. If you do not receive the update notification, please contact our support team, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
