A PV input power of 25~55Vdc is critical to initiate grid connection, and a PV input power that is not within the range of 16~60Vdc after grid connection will result in disconnection from the grid.
If the device input is not a solar panel, the device may not work properly. The device may also be damaged if the input parameters do not meet the requirements.
Connecting other energy storage devices with high power to the same line can cause mains fluctuations. Mains fluctuations will cause the device to interrupt the mains connection until the device has recognised a normal mains connection for one minute before the normal mains connection is restored. The device will upload an error code for this type of error. The product manual contains an explanation of the specific error code.
Please check the WiFi signal and reconfigure the WiFi. If you are still unable to configure the WiFi after several attempts, please contact technical support.
Please check whether the LED of the micro inverter is lit? Are there other devices in the vicinity that are connected to the micro inverter via Bluetooth?
Grid fluctuations can lead to missing data. Weather conditions such as cloudy days or evenings with insufficient light and unstable output from the PV panels can also result in the inverter not being able to operate stably over longer periods of time, which can also lead to missing data.
